George H. Struve, CPA

George works extensively in the areas of individual, corporate, and estate taxation; financial institution taxation; general business planning and consulting; and real estate taxation. He joined the firm in 1989, became a partner in 1992, and currently serves as the managing partner of the firm.

Prior to joining the firm, George was a partner in a firm in Dallas, Texas, and had been in public accounting in Dallas for over 10 years.

Steven W. Mohundro, CPA

Steve has over 30 years experience with the firm including serving as a partner since 1983. He is the manager of our Bonham office, and Steve has extensive experience working with individuals, partnerships, C and S corporations, and estates and trusts dealing with tax preparation and tax planning.

Andrew B. Reich

Andy has been with the firm since 1985 and has been a partner of the firm since 1992. He has extensive experience in non-profit and governmental accounting including managing the audits of local governments, water districts, school districts, colleges and rural co-operatives. He also has significant experience in tax preparation for individuals, and corporations.

Russell P. Wood, CPA

Russ, a Denison native, joined the firm in June 2004. His prior experience includes positions as senior auditor with an international accounting firm, associate with a Dallas CPA firm specializing in taxation and bankruptcy, and controller and chief financial officer with manufacturing, construction and entertainment companies.

Russ became a partner in January, 2008 and is the manager of our Denison office. Russ oversees the audit practice for the Denison office, and has extensive experience in tax preparation and business consulting.

Debra J. Wilder, CPA

Debra has been with the firm since 2003 and has been a partner of the firm since 2012. She has experience in the audits of financial institutions, manufacturing, and governmental entities. She also has experience in tax preparation for individuals, partnerships, corporations, non-profits, and estates and trusts.

Teffany A. Kavanaugh, CPA

Teffany has been with the firm since 1997 and has been a partner of the firm since 2015. She has experience auditing governmental and not for profit entities and is responsible for the preparation of income tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations.

April J. Hatfield, CPA

April joined the firm in 2014 and became a partner in 2018. April works in the firm’s Bonham office and has primary responsibility for a significant portion of the firm’s auditing practice. April’s auditing experience includes manufacturing companies, financial institutions, local governments, and non-profit entities.

Prior to joining the firm, April was an Audit Manager at a firm in Dallas, Texas, and previously served as chief financial officer for a construction company.
